The agenda for this hands-on class is to cover stretches for every major muscle group. Want to loosen up your neck? Or back? Or legs? Come to the class to learn how to improve your flexibility. Chances are, the solution to your flexibility challenge will involve stretching multiple muscles — and this class will show you how to do it.
